Hi! My name is Mary Scott-Stirn, and I am excited to be bringing you some fun fitness classes that can be modified to fit all levels.
My goal is to help anyone who is trying to improve their health and fitness, regardless of age or fitness level. Everyone will be able to work at their own levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. I can’t wait to work with everyone! I am eager to hear what others are looking for too.

9:30 - 10:15 Class - Full Body Conditioning
We will often start with body weight workouts. These workouts will challenge your body with a combination of cardio and bodyweight strength movements. We will do intervals – such as Tabata. Tabata is where the longest you might work is 20 seconds, but don’t let that fool you: your body will be challenged during those 20 seconds. I also hope to bring different types of workouts each week. I love to change things up. Some ideas I have include station-type classes, game days, and bodyweight strength.
NEW 10:30 – 11:15 Class – Core and Restore
Do you ever feel like you don’t take the time to stretch enough and give yourself a moment to breathe? This new class will offer you that opportunity! You will still get your work out in, but our focus will be on restoration of your body through stretching and core work. This Pilates-inspired class is open for all fitness levels. Come on in and check it out!
